We get to move!
I know we have been saying that we are moving for about a year now, and we are still here. But we accepted an offer on our house last Friday and if all goes well we will be moving. We put our house for sale on May 20 so it only took about 2.5 weeks. They showed our house on Wednesday and came for a second look on Thursday. They made an offer that night and we signed the offer on Friday. So the inspection is tomorrow and we are praying all goes well. Closing is set for July 10. I can hardly believe it is happening. I have been thinking about it for so long. We are looking at a list of houses tomorrow so wish us luck.

finally!!! although i do like your little muncie house. i'm coming up towards indy for sure in july, so i'll call you as it gets closer. hopefully you'll be all moved in to a new place by then!

Having your home sell is such a relief! It makes you not want to buy another house. Move to Greenfield!
