The Breakup

So Sam and I had found a realtor in Indy to help us with the home buying process. Well, after working with her for a few Saturdays and just not being impressed we have decided we really don't want to use her. So the question is:

"How do you break up with your realtor?"

Ooh, wow. I have no idea, but good luck with that! I know we've been looking at apartments in Austin through realtors and there were a couple we stopped talking to and left it at that, that could be an idea. Jer says to just be straight up honest with her and tell her you want to discontinue your service with her. We are going through HomeYeah in Indy with Jeff Cotton, we really like him. He's been doing real estate for many, many years!

I agree. Just be honest. Your relationship is professional, not personal. :)

i couldn't do it.... i stayed in a bad relationship. i mean, it worked for us, but it certainly wasn't happy. I wasn't getting beat or anything, but there certainly wasn't any love. mostly we stayed together for the kids. ;)

say, "no habla englase", or you could say that you've appreciated her service but you'd like to try a different route - so see ya!
Want me to do it for you?

I say block her emails but that really isn't nice. She still could send you leads but you could check them out through a different realtor.
