Rent or Sell
Up until a week ago we had renters for our great little house here. But some circumstances arose and we are back to where we started. We had looked at a bunch of houses that we didn't like anyway, so hopefully by the time we are able to sell our house some more will pop up that we like better. We found one we like, but it will cost thousands of dollars to fix and clean up. Sam thinks it is a wonderful opportunity. We do think it is a wonderful thing for the government to be throwing 8,000 at people to buy a house, maybe our chance to sell will be greater. Unfortunately we don't qualify for the handout.

I think buying/selling a house is one of the most stressful decisions you will ever have to make. Good luck!
I hate not qualifying for money the government just wants to give out. :) Good luck with the house! I agree with Kim, it can be totally stressful.
Sad times for the house :( It's spring though, and things will hopefully pick up a bit for you. I want to see a picture of your tummy! Are you coming to the big South Whitley garage sale?
