Green Beans

I love green beans. So, last year when I found a recipe with green beans, mushrooms, and cream I made it a lot. Well, I liked it so much I lost the recipe. Oh, well. I found a new one and tweaked it a bit.

A bunch of green beans
A container of mushrooms
Half cup of diced onions
2-3 T butter
Heavy cream, whatever you like
Salt and Pepper

Saute your onions and mushrooms in butter. Add the green beans and wait until tender. Then add the cream, or you can add it when you add the beans. Salt and pepper to your liking. They were so good. Growing up my mom made green beans with bacon and onions, they were good too, but I think I prefer the ones with heavy cream.

Who doesn't love a recipe that calls for heavy cream?

YUM! My dad just picked a bunch of beans from their garden, so I'll have to go steal some now! Here's the link for the bag I made:

I also made this bag and really liked how it turned out. I adjusted some sizes, but it worked out really good.
